PipeMax prevents or reduces Exhaust Gas contamination

Picture examples of Exhaust Reversion/Contamination :

( wrong Tuned Lengths and Diameters ) (SBF Ford Cylinder Head Pics)
( Reversion all the way up to the Intake Port Entry and Intake Manifold )
..... the Intake Ports look like Exhaust Ports !!!!

to calculate the correct Header specifications
which we modified the Racer's Headers to :

Stop : HP and Torque robbing Reversion up Intake Ports

Exhaust gases will not burn twice , and will dilute fresh
incoming Mixture, resulting in reduced HP and Torque,
reduced Volumetric Efficiency and Mixture density .

PipeMax prevents or reduces Exhaust Gas contamination

Hot Rod 2005 PUMP GAS DRAGS RESULTS :

Rank Car # Name Car Time 1 Time 2 Time 3 Average

6th- #25 Ray Wilde '95 Mustang 8.993 8.968 9.502 9.154
153.54 151.41 145.93
( Note: Ray had a Small-Block-Chevy engine inside Mustang)

8th- #13 Charles Jordan '87 Firebird 9.312 9.222 9.370 9.301
147.62 148.02 147.70

Ray Wilde and Charles Jordan finish 6th and 8th places
in Hot Rod's 2005 Pump Gas Nationals.
Ray had the fastest SBC of the event using Brodix 23 deg
heads , and Charles used TrickFlow 14 deg SBC heads,
both ported and Dyno tuned by Meaux Racing Heads using PipeMax software,
also both Racers reported having a little over 6 gallons of Gas left !

Hot Rod 2006 PUMP GAS DRAGS RESULTS :

Charles Jordan (Firebird) ... had the fastest Small-Block Chevy and fastest Car of entire Event in 2006
Round 2 : 8.652 ET @ 162.68 MPH

You can use PipeMax two ways :

1- the most accurate method :
.....you are already on an Engine Dyno,
and have made 3 or 4 Pulls and know for sure the
RPM point of Peak HP.......at this point you Input
all your Engine specs into PipeMax, and calculate Hp and TQ,
you keep changine VE% Input a little at a time
until PipeMax's HP and TQ correlate to your Engine Dyno Data as closely as possible ,
after that, .... then you Calculate Header Specs !
Next you go make Header/Exhaust changes , or whatever changes
according to PipeMax....and make another Dyno test to see gain.
So far its 100% percent accurate on my SF-901 Dyno at 600 RPM/SEC acceleration Test !

2- You choose or design to a certain RPM :
in PipeMax you Input the RPM you want Peak HP to occur at,
then PipeMax calculates all Specs you need to achieve that goal.
If you Build your Engine combination
to exactly like all calculated specs in PipeMax ,
the accuracy is 90+ PerCent you will accomplish your goals !
